I offer one of two houses on the property. The pool is shared as a common area. The property is gated. Unit 1=Main House 1,600sq feet. It has two bedrooms. Room 1 is a Master with King and full bath. Bed 2 is a Terrace Bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 in bunk style. Perfect for a family with up to 3 children. Full kitchen and outdoor dining area and indoor Bar seats four. Private parking space.

Unit 2=Studio 360 sq feet sleeps 2 on a Queen bed, kitchenette, full bath, outdoor terrace.

Units 1/2 can rented separate or together for a discount.
